This person will play a key part in driving financial insight, process improvement, and profitability across multiple sites.The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to support strategic growth through robust financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.Key Responsibilities will be to: -Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to guide decisions.Lead the rollout of a new group reporting structure integrated with ERP, delivering profitability insights, and streamline finance processes for maximum efficiency.Produce monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and analysis.Implement and optimise group-wide financial reporting.Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve process efficiency.Provide detailed customer, channel, and product profitability analysis.The successful candidate will: -Have manufacturing experience and a finance qualification.Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and advanced Excel skills.Proven ability to drive process improvements and influence key decisions.On offer: -Salary to 55,000.Pension.Hybrid working.25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.Excellent development and progression potential.Opportunity to make a tangible impact in a growing business.Collaborative, fast-paced, and forward-thinking environment.Interested?
