This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full IT service life cycle, drive continual improvements, and work closely with senior IT leadership.The Role In the role, you will: Oversee the full IT service life cycle, from design through to retirementLead Change Management, including running Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to assess, approve, and prioritise changesManage the service portfolio to ensure alignment with business strategy and value deliveryDrive continual service improvement initiatives across systems and processesCoordinate release management, ensuring minimal disruption and effective communicationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design services that meet business needsImplement and optimise new systems or processes (eg ticketing platforms) to enhance service delivery and efficiency Requirements ITIL certified, with strong practical knowledge of the ITIL framework7+ years proven experience in IT Service Management3+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing ITIL processesHands-on experience running or facilitating CAB meetingsExperience implementing new systems or processes, including ticketing platformsKnowledge of governance, due diligence, and formal IT frameworksExcellent ..... full job details .....
