What you''ll be doing...

As a Cook Supervisor, you''ll play a key role in the smooth running of the school kitchen, supporting the Head Chef with cooking duties while also overseeing daily operations. You''ll ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, while creating a positive and supportive environment for both colleagues and pupils.

Support the Head Chef with food preparation and cooking for pupils and staffOversee and assist with pot washing, dishwashing, and general kitchen cleaningLead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high standards of serviceMonitor hygiene and safety procedures, ensuring compliance at all timesOrganise staff schedules and delegate daily tasks effectivelyAssist with staff training and developmentCommunicate any operational updates or challenges to management promptly
