Steeped in heritage and reimagined for the curious modern traveller, our hotels celebrate individuality and the rich spirit of their surroundings.We are looking for a dedicated, personable, and highly organised People and Culture Manager to support the full employee lifecycle at our Vineyard Hotel.Your Role at a GlanceReporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will ensure our people practices at the Vineyard Hotel reflect the high standards, professionalism, and service ethos of our brand. This role offers exposure to all areas of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, systems, training, and the opportunity to contribute to exciting new initiatives and projects. This role may require occasional travel to other hotels within our collection.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Advisory and Management Support:Provide first-line HR support and guidance to managers and employees on policies, performance, conduct, and wellbeing.Coach new leaders on people management.Lead or support investigations and employee relations cases.Employee Lifecycle:Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract generation, whilst ensuring legal compliance across all stages of employment.Provide guidance on maternity, paternity, and flexible working and oversee leave entitlements and benefits.Recruitment and Development:Support end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, talent selection and conducting the offer process and induction.Coordinate appraisals and development planning, therefore contributing to succession planning and training needs analysis.Employee Engagement and Culture:Support employee engagement through initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs.Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with luxury service standards, whilst supporting wellbeing, inclusion, and internal communication initiatives.Systems, Reporting and Compliance:Maintain accurate employee records and data across HR systems.Assist with workforce planning, reporting, and rostering insights.Support audits, health and safety initiatives and compliance training delivery.About YouThis is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who thrives on building strong relationships, excels in employee relations, and is confident advising managers and team members.Essential Experience and SkillsRecent HR generalist experience post-qualification within 5-star standard hotels.Proven experience handling employee relations cases, including investigations and hearings.Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to advise with confidence and discretion.Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.Proficient in Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in hospitality or luxury service environments.Why Join Us?At The Monogram Collective, youll be part of a passionate and visionary team shaping and redefining luxury hospitality.
