Our client a leading company working in the Healthcare sector are going through a continued period of growth and are looking to recruit a Senior Service Desk Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support to onsite users. Job Title: Senior Service Desk EngineerLocation: Spinningfields, Manchester (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits package and holiday allowance!Our client a leading company working in the Healthcare sector are going through a continued period of growth and are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support to onsite users.Key Responsibilities:Managing Active Directory Providing desktop support Managing Office 365 Troubleshooting network and email issues Troubleshooting Microsoft applications Managing new user and leaver administration Managing antivirus (ESET andamp; Sophos) Advanced management of networking devices (Firewall/Switches) Managing storage troubleshooting (SANs andamp; NAS) Managing SQL Server Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Managing server management and maintenanceRequirements:Relevant qualifications in IT such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA A minimum of 2 years experience providing IT support to clients Experience in managing some or all of the key responsibilities listed above One or more of the following skills: Expert knowledge of Virtualisation, Networking, Storage, Azure or Server Management Excellent communication ..... full job details .....
