Freelance Site Supervisor (Immediate Start)

8-week contract

Virginia Water, site-based (8 am- 5 pm)

Up to -275 per day (CIS) + 8-Week Contract + Potential for Further Projects

We''re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist sports and civils contractor on a high-profile sports facility development project near Virginia Water, with an immediate start available.

The project involves the construction of pickleball courts, tennis courts, associated surfacing works, fencing, drainage and car park infrastructure. The successful candidate will take full responsibility as the No. 1 Site Manager, overseeing subcontractors, managing daily site operations, and serving as the key point of contact for a prestigious client.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple phases of the project
• Coordinating subcontractors carrying out surfacing, fencing, kerbing and civils works
• Conducting site inductions, signing-in procedures and RAMS management
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
• Liaising with the client daily and attending regular progress meetings
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

The Person:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Previous experience managing civils, groundworks or surfacing projects
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Able to coordinate multiple subcontractors and deliver projects effectively
