We are seeking a skilled Finance Director to oversee and manage financial operations. This interim role needs Charity exposure and requires 1 day in the South London office. Description Oversee the organisation''s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management strategies.Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial processes.Monitor and evaluate financial performance against set objectives. Profile A successful Finance Director should have: Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA Equiv)Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.Experience within the Not For Profit sector is advantageous.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent leadership and team management skills for large scale teams.
