As a Portfolio Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of loans post-completion to ensure full return of principal and interest.
• Navigate loans in arrears, breaches of loan covenants, and the receivership process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including borrowers, brokers, funders, and solicitors.
• Serve as a member of the Credit Committee.
• Ensure loans comply with contractual terms and assist with payment collections.
• Track loan performance and escalate early warning signs to management.
• Assist borrowers with redemption strategies and issue formal demand for payments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate records.
