We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery setting in Ealing. This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive early years environment, working closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the setting and the delivery of high-quality care and education. You will be: Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery Leading and supporting staff within the room to maintain high standards of care and education Deputising for the Nursery Manager when required Supporting planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework Assisting with administrative and office-based duties, including compliance and record keeping Building positive relationships with parents and carers Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures are followed at all times The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years and have proven experience as a Room Leader or in a similar supervisory role within a nursery setting.
