Our client is a bespoke House Builder, delivering a high-quality luxury new-build scheme and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day control of the site. The project consists of six detached luxury homes, currently at mixed stages of build, and requires a hands-on Site Manager with a strong housebuilder background and a genuine eye for detail. Quality, finish, and presentation are key. This role is ideal for someone available to start from February 2026 and is confident managing premium residential builds through to completion.
