Here at the Royal British Legion, we are currently embarking on an exciting phase of transformation. As part of our newly formed Data, Technology and Transformation Directorate, we are seeking Director: Change and Transformation to join our team and be the strategic lead for organisational change. Reporting to our Executive Director: Data, Technology and Transformation, you will join an existing senior leadership team to focus on shaping, mobilising and delivering a portfolio of transformation programmes and projects that enable us to achieve RBLs new objectives and to shape the long term change agenda and strategy. You will lead a high performing team within Change and Transformation including delivery leads, programme managers, project managers and specialist PMO and Change professionals.
