To source material, organise, and run therapeutic group activities both in the home, and the Community, this includes daily living and social skills activities. To provide high standards of physical support/ assistance with personal care as Required, including support individuals with Dysphagia, who will require support with food and drink. Be a positive part of the team and assist in the running of the home to comply with Care Quality Commission Standards. To carry out assessments and promote independence. 1.7 To assist with Cleaning tasks, and cooking, and to report repairs as needed. 2.
