Senior Planning Manager - Property and Land

Comprehensive understanding of the planning environment, including established and emerging policy.Track record of advising development professionals on residential and residential-led planning applications leading to successful consents and an optimized position for the developer.Experience of working closely with planning professionals across the private and public sectors and leveraging those contacts to good effect.Significant experience in the housing sector, a track record of taking projects from conception to acquisition, appointing and managing consultant teams to secure new opportunities.Track record of building relationships with stakeholders and partners with the ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes.Clean driving licence with access to own vehicle.Responsibilities

Lead on planning strategy within the development team and manage risks across projects from conception to completion.Navigate the planning environment, negotiate S106 agreements, and build strong relationships with local authorities and consultants.Collaborate with Land and New Business, Regeneration, Major Projects, and Delivery teams to deliver new homes.What SNG offers
