SITE MANAGER HIGH-END OFFICE FIT OUT Central Stockport Freelance role for 8/9 weeks with an opportunity for ongoing work Start Date: 01/09/2025 We are seeking a highly capable Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end office fit out project in the heart of Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced, premium commercial interior scheme with a dynamic and experienced project team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations to ensure project is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on-site logistics Maintain high standards of health and safety, site cleanliness, and quality assurance Conduct and document regular site inspections and progress meetings Liaise closely with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives Required Certifications: SMSTS CSCS First Aid at Work Asbestos Awareness Fire Marshal What We re Looking For: Proven experience managing commercial CAT A and CAT B fit out projects Ability to read drawings, coordinate trades, and drive a quality finish Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A proactive and organised individual who thrives under pressure ..... full job details .....
