Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair transport refrigeration units.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot refrigeration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• F-Gas Certification.
• Proven experience in transport refrigeration engineering.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to refrigeration.
