HR Employee Relations Advisor

I am urgently seeking a highly experienced senior level, interim Employee Relations Advisor for a Union based in central London for a 3-month contract at a salary of 63,490 per year. This is a full time hybrid role with a requirement of a minimum of 3-days per week in the London office. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will support the organisation by managing a high case load of employee relations issues. The ideal candidate will:- - have a background in a University or Public Sector organisation in a similar role- understand the culture of Trade Unions- have managed cases from start to finish yourself- have dealt with ER cases that involve Trade Unions- be thorough and be able to advise on reasons for cases, expected outcomes and learning from each case You will need to "hit the ground running" in this position and you will also need to be robust as you will be dealing with challenging situations.
