The RoleWe''re seeking a skilled Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. You will have the autonomy to handle files independently, with access to full administrative and compliance support. The role can be office-based at either the Liverpool or Chester office, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. Key responsibilities include:Managing a full caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesHandling re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and right-to-buy matters.Drafting contracts, reports, transfer deeds, and completion statementsReviewing title documents, raising, and responding to enquiriesOrdering searches and reviewing resultsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitorsEnsuring full compliance with SRA and CQS protocols, AML procedures, and regulatory requirementsWhat We''re Looking ForMinimum 2 years'' experience handling residential conveyancing matters (as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive)Ability to manage a caseload independently, with minimal supervision.A proactive, ..... full job details .....
