Work with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.Lead by example and bring the brand to life through your team while delivering amazing experiences for customers.Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight customers.Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.Be aware that you will need to either already have, or be able to acquire, a personal license.Qualifications

Very high standards and attention to detail in day-to-day operations of a successful pub.Strong communication and leadership skills with a people-focused approach.Business savvy with a keen eye for PandL control.Commitment to individuality, care for others, the pub, and the environment.Experience at General Manager level is desirable; hospitality, retail or other fast-paced backgrounds are acceptable with the right attitude.Keen to learn and motivated to succeed in new challenges.Seniority level
