We are seeking a

Data Centre Supervisor

to join our

Data Centre Solutions

team in London.The candidate should have a strong understanding of Critical Facilities infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and data centre systems.This role ensures the inspection, operation, and maintenance of Data Centre assets, emphasizing reliability, safety, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems within the Data Centre, including high-voltage electrical operations.Produce technical reports and suggest improvements when needed.Ensure subcontractors follow SOPs, MOPs, PTW protocols, and change control procedures.Sign off on subcontractor worksheets after inspections; escalate quality concerns to the manager.Keep accurate records of work orders, spares, and stock usage.Review and implement MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and risk assessments.Promote QHSE compliance through hazard reporting and toolbox talks.Participate in training and support team development.Support continuous improvement of safety systems and procedures.Supervise maintenance tasks for timeliness and compliance.Participate in quality assurance processes.Manage shift teams, including holiday and sickness coverage.Collaborate with management to support operations.Oversee critical plant repairs with in-house teams and contractors.Skills and Experience

Experience in Data Centre or Critical Environment operations or supervisory roles in facilities management.HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant apprenticeship.Strong communication and engagement skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and IT literate.Capable of working under pressure and attending training as needed.Follow instructions accurately and demonstrate professionalism.
