As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will support the production and warehouse teams to ensure order schedules are met, and support the business to continue to deliver the service standards it has maintained for many years. Key Responsibilities FLT Operations: Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift to transport finished goods from production lines to storage or dispatch areas. Packing and Preparation: Pack, wrap, and strap finished products onto pallets for shipment. Loading/Unloading: Load finished goods onto lorries and unload incoming raw materials. Inventory Management: Perform stock checks, scan, and label products accurately, ensuring the right items are dispatched.
