I am currently recruiting for an Electrical/Multi-Skilled Engineer for an ongoing temporary position based in Monument.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
• Overtime: Available if desired

The successful candidate will be client-facing and responsible for all electrical/mechanical maintenance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment availability.
• Maintain building plant, equipment, and systems to meet/exceed service level agreements.
• Respond to BMS alarms and carry out emergency repairs as needed.
• Manage Permit to Work systems appropriately.
• Maintain evaporative cooling and domestic water systems in line with L8 standards.
• Ensure availability of suitable spares for maintenance tasks.
• Keep comprehensive maintenance records (task sheets – hard copy or electronic).
• Prepare and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks.
• Supervise engineering subcontractors and ensure compliance with site processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• 18th Edition and Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of SFG20.
• Experience supervising subcontractors.
• Able to provide at least 2 references from the past 5 years.
• Own safety boots and basic hand tools.
