We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join us and provide high quality EA and secretarial support to the Group Finance and Resources Director and their respective departments. As a member of the wider Executive Support Team, you will also provide administrative support to the Executive Team and Board, and at Committee Meetings, which may include occasional evening meetings. With proven experience of secretarial and administrative work in a confidential or commercially sensitive environment, you will be adept at providing support across different disciplines. You will be skilled in diary management, minute-taking and meeting organisation, and have first class IT skills. Good communication skills are also essential as you will be developing working relationships with contractors, consultants, residents and colleagues.
