Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a Linux infrastructure team (System administrators + support desk) supporting development, QA, and production systems. Oversee day-to-day operations, team scheduling, incident response, and performance optimisation. Drive systems reliability, scalability, and security across a complex, high-availability estate. Collaborate with Dev, Ops, Networks, and Product teams on cross-functional IT initiatives. Contribute to planning and resource allocation for infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades. About You: Experienced in Linux systems administration (RHEL-based), with some leadership or team lead exposure or ready to move into a leadership role Knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring, patching, and hardening.
