You will be working in one of our supported living service in the Carlisle area, comprising of 8 single occupancy flats. The service provides a relaxed and comfortable home for service users with a variety health needs, including Learning Disabilities, Developmental Disorders and Acquired Brain Injuries. You will be working alongside new and experienced staff providing varying levels of support to service users, including assisting with personal care, mobility and medication, as well as helping with daily tasks such a cooking and cleaning and promoting independence in the home and out in the community. We use a digital social care record system, to support daily recording, which will make your day-to-day tasks easier and allows you to spend more time with the People We Support Shift Patterns This is a 24-hour service, therefore flexibility is essential.
