This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with senior leaders and colleagues, providing expert HR advice and operational support across a broad range of people-related matters, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce initiatives and project delivery. The Opportunity You will act as a trusted HR partner, supporting managers and stakeholders in delivering effective people solutions aligned to organisational objectives. The role involves advising on employment law, complex case management and organisational change, while contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the division.
