What You''ll DoOversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of the building''s structure and grounds.Perform assigned repairs and emergency preventative maintenance. Complete maintenance repair records as required.Build, dismantle, and repair structures, walls, roofs, glass, siding, scaffolding or facia.Review assigned work orders and estimate time, materials, equipment, and tools to complete the repair. Order necessary materials and supplies as needed.Review construction documents such as drawings, sketches, specifications, and maintenance logs.Collaborate with employees, end users, and stakeholders concerning work orders, prints, and sketches to understand the structure that needs to be built or repaired.Ensure that all tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety.Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.Ensure the personal safety and safety of those who are affected by your work.Participate in all HSE-related programs, activities, and training as required.
