This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and playing a key role in the smooth running of a professional office.Location: Leeds (4 days per week) Harrogate (1 day per week) This is a fully office-based role.The Role As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our offices, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and professionally. You will support the wider team, manage administrative processes, and help create a productive and welcoming working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day operations of the Leeds and Harrogate officesSupervising administrative and support staff where applicableCoordinating office facilities, supplies, and service providersSupporting partners and fee earners with operational and administrative needsManaging office systems, processes, and internal proceduresAssisting with HR administration, onboarding, and staff coordinationEnsuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirementsActing as a key point of contact for office-related mattersAbout YouPrevious experience in an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or similar operational roleExperience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirableStrong organisational and ..... full job details .....
