With extensive experience in the Data Centre and Commercial Construction sectors, they offer a comprehensive service from design through to project delivery.Overview:Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of electrical installations to join their team. The ideal candidate will be confident, communicative, and capable of assessing contracts and managing risk effectively. This role will involve occasional travel to Mainland Europe and the Nordics for key site meetings.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for electrical projects. Assess and understand contracts to identify potential risks and liabilities. Evaluate, monitor, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control. Attend site visits as required, including occasional travel to Europe and the Nordics for essential meetings.
