This includes helping to plan, manage, and administer new frameworks, long-term contracts, and the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).Please read on and get in touch for more details:Key Responsibilities

Maintain a forward plan and detailed programme for all procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery.Manage the procurement of new frameworks, long-term contracts, and DPS solutions.Oversee mini-competitions, direct awards, and DPS tenders to ensure they meet the needs of the business and members.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and members to develop accurate specifications and pricing models.Ensure accurate records of all procurement activities to demonstrate compliance with PCR 2015 / PA 2023Experience and Requirements

Experience with end-to-end procurement activities in a public sector organisationKnowledge relating to DPS, e-procurement platforms and frameworksComfortable working within public sector regulations (PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023)MCIPS or working towards would be beneficial but not essentialStrong work ethic and can manage multiple priorities at onceSeniority level
