Experience in an FMCG environment would be a real advantage, but not essential. 

Core Duties 

• Identify training needs for new and existing employees 

• Coordinate and provide ad hoc training as needed 

• Deliver job-specific, refresher, and key skills training 

• Ensure completion and understanding of Job Specific SOPs 

• Maintain and update training matrices and related documentation 

• Organise and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials 

• Provide regular reports on training progress and ongoing project 

• Offer operational support during busy periods when required 

Your Profile 

• With relevant experience as a Trainer or Training Officer in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic IT systems

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Flexible with working hours to suit business needs

• Clear communicator with effective delegation skills

• Motivated and results-driven
