The Role As Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will lead complex advisory assignments including company reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, and venture capital schemes. You will manage and mentor junior colleagues, supporting their technical development and ensuring high-quality delivery on client projects. You will act as the main point of contact for technical queries from clients, lawyers, and other advisors, while working closely with directors on business development activities, identifying opportunities to support existing clients and attract new business.
