SENCo Kensington and Chelsea A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking an experienced SENCo to join its leadership team from September 2026. This SENCo role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about driving outstanding SEND provision and ensuring every pupil achieves their full potential. The successful SENCo will lead a well-established SEND department, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies. This SENCo position offers excellent professional development, including weekly paid training sessions after school, alongside a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing. The SENCo will also benefit from free lunches every day and a collaborative, supportive environment with paid training sessions.
