What you''ll be doing Oversee and progress property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion, ensuring transactions move smoothly and efficiently. Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other third parties to keep all parties informed and updated. Proactively follow up on outstanding information, documents, and actions to minimise delays and keep transactions on track. Identify potential issues or risks early in the process and take appropriate action to resolve them, escalating where necessary. Keep CRM systems and internal databases updated with progress notes, key dates, and documentation for compliance purposes. Communicate progress to clients, offering support and reassurance throughout the sales process.
