The Role
As an MEP Estimator, you''ll work closely with senior managers and engineers, gaining hands-on experience across procurement, cost planning, and design & build estimating. This isn''t just another job, it''s a career pathway designed to give you the skills, confidence, and support to progress.

Key Responsibilities
As an MEP Estimator, you''ll:
·Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and schedules for MEP packages.
·Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop detailed estimates and cost plans.
·Assist with tenders, evaluate supplier proposals, and support award decisions.
·Track project costs, manage change control, and support valuations and final accounts.
·Work with site and design teams to monitor progress and ensure budgets/programmes are aligned.
What We''re Looking For
·Experience in construction, MEP, or mechanical estimating through an internship, placement, or early industry role.
·Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
·Confidence using Microsoft Excel, and willingness to learn new software.
·A positive, proactive approach with great communication and teamwork skills.
·(Preferred but not essential) A BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related RICS-accredited discipline.
