Sheridan Maine are pleased to be working with a long standing business based in central Basingstoke who are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their small and friendly team.
 
The position would suit an individual who has 1-2 years experience working in a busy accounts role covering all elements of transactional accounting.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant position, will include:
 

• Processing payments
• Monitoring bank accounts and bank reconciliations
• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Dealing with ledger queries
• Assisting suppliers with payment and invoice issues
• Supporting with month end duties

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has excellent attention to detail and a professional manner. Strong communication skills are essential as well as the ability to meet deadlines. A competent level of IT skills is required.
 
The company are situated close to the train station and have parking onsite.
