We''re looking for a dedicated Unit Manager to join our care home team in Kingswinford. In this rewarding role, you ll lead and support a care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for our residents, many of whom are living with dementia or age-related needs. You ll play a key role in care planning, team development, medication management, audits and safeguarding.
