IT Support Officer
Job Title: IT Support Officer Location: Havant Hours: 37 per week Salary: £26,200 - £28,433 Are you an experienced 1st Line Support Officer with experience in handling 2nd Line Support requests? Role Overview: Based in Havant, our client is a fantastic charity who are looking for an IT Support Officer to join their IT Team. You will be responsible for providing all 1st Line Support to employees and ensuring that the website is managed to ensure a robust user experience. Cyber security will paramount to you and you will ensure that security principles are adhered to at all times. Your Responsibilities: Taking full ownership of all 1st Line IT Support requests Setting up new users Resolving IT issues either remotely or onsite Providing 2nd Line IT Support Suggesting improvements to the IT Manager Preparing documentation on cybersecurity, GDPR and other relevant frameworks Update webpages as necessary What you ll bring: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Previous experience of delivering end-to-end 1st and 2nd Line Support Confidence working alone and making decisions A strong understanding and awareness of cybersecurity The ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks at once Additional Benefits and Information: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday Flexible hybrid working Employee assistance programme Tons of family-friendly benefits, ..... full job details .....
