One of our favourite partner schools, a warm and welcoming two-form entry primary in Sittingbourne, is on the lookout for a Reception Class Teacher whoandrsquo;s ready to shape tiny minds with big dreams. Contract: September 2025 until at least May 2026

Salary: andpound;163 - andpound;223 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Create a stimulating and safe environment for Reception children to grow and thrive
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
• Support children''s social, emotional, and academic development through play and structured learning
• Assess progress and provide feedback that celebrates the little wins and builds confidence
• Collaborate closely with your year group partner and wider school teamandmdash;there''s no lone wolves here
• Contribute to planning and development meetings (theyandrsquo;re creative and supportive, we promise!)
• Embrace school values and contribute to a nurturing and inclusive ethos

Qualifications andamp; Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Proven experience in an EYFS setting, preferably Reception class
• Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Framework
• Creative mindset with a passion for learning through play
• Excellent communication skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Positive, flexible attitude with a team-player approach
