Receiving instructions and completing reports via PDA, work includes immersion heaters, fans, showers, security lighting, communal lights, domestic electrics, completion of minor works certificates and inspection, testing and remedial work on exchanges and voids.This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK''s leading social housing maintenance providers.
