Our client a growing organisation based in Basildon is looking for a Logistics Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis. Based within an office within a warehouse environment you will be involved in actioning the daily pick lists on the in house sysetem, liaising with clients regarding documentation, delivery and charges.Other aspects of the role will include Invoicing jobs and liaising closely with the warehouse team to ensure the tasks given to them have been carried out within a set time frame.In addition to this you will monitor and report on your clients'' stock rotation, use track and trace systems and complete customer stock status reports on Excel. Essential requirements for this role are:-Strong Administrative, communication and organisational skillsVery good Knowledge of Excel and WordPrevious experience of working within a busy Warehouse environmentAttention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi task.This is a full time temporary position, 37.5 hours can be early starts from 7.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to FridayOn-site car parking.
