Two hours'' drive or a short train from London, we have 114 bedrooms, including cabins, huts and farmhouse bedrooms to stay in, a state-of-the-art gym, Cowshed Spa, an indoor and outdoor pool and cinema. The Role...

We are seeking an experienced

Sushi Chef,

to join our team at

Soho Farmhouse

(OX7 4JS) . Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards. You will oversee sushi production in the Pen Yen Kitchen which offers members a izakaya-style menu showcasing the best of Japanese cuisine.

What we are looking for...1-2 years'' experience in a busy high-profile Japanese kitchen with focus on SushiTeam player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentHave a genuine passion for food and beverageFlexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Physical Requirements:Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by handAble to work on your feet for at least 8 hoursOccasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Expected working hours for a Head Sushi Chef:Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens and closes
