Conveyancing Secretary

An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Secretary to join a well-established law firm providing a wide range of services and known for their professionalism and tailored client support.As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be supporting a dynamic conveyancing team with day-to-day administrative and legal tasks. This role can be full-time or part-time offering a salary up to £25,000 and benefits.You will be responsible for:Supporting fee earners with effective file management.Drafting and typing legal documents and correspondence.Handling client enquiries professionally over the phone and via email.Completing SDLT forms and applying for searches.Managing diaries, appointments, and case schedules.Carrying out HMLR registrations for purchase, lease, and re-mortgage files.Opening, closing, and archiving client files in line with procedures.Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organising.What we are looking for:Previously worked as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Conveyancing Secretary, Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator or in a similar role.At least 1 years experience supporting a busy Residential Property team.Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and legal processes.Skilled in IT and excellent secretarial skills.Strong client care and communication abilities.Capability to assist with minor paralegal tasks where needed.What s on offer:Competitive salary28 days Paid HolidayCompany Pension SchemeEx-gratia Birthday LeaveCompany Sick ..... full job details .....
