Operations Lead (School-Based) Location: East London Salary: PO2 (dependent on experience) Contract: 41 weeks per year (term-time plus) Start Date: As soon as possible About the Role An established and well-regarded multi-academy trust in East London is seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Lead to support the effective day-to-day running of a secondary school.This is a key role working closely with senior leaders, ensuring that operational systems, administration, and support services run efficiently to enable high-quality teaching and learning.
