Are you a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible work in a variety of vibrant and welcoming primary schools? We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic HLTAs to work on a supply basis across a well-respected Trust of primary schools in the Sheffield area, starting from September 2025.

As a supply HLTA, you''ll play a vital role in supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, covering classes and delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a range of school settings, build strong professional relationships, and enjoy the flexibility that supply work offers.

• Holds HLTA status or equivalent relevant experience

• Has recent experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting

• Can confidently deliver lessons to whole classes when required

• Is adaptable, reliable, and proactive

• Has strong classroom management skills

• Is passionate about making a positive difference in children''s education
