The key drivers of change for our Banking clients are regulatory reform, cost reduction and Finance optimisation and our service offerings reflect this demand.The role sits within our Banking Finance Transformation Capability working with Clients to deliver finance and regulatory change. Successful candidates should have excellent Banking Industry experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of Finance Operating Model and Finance Systems.Mobilising and leading major and complex Finance programmesLeading the pursuit of business development opportunities around the CFO agendaBuilding and leveraging both internal and external relationships to support Partners and Directors in driving business development and sales activitiesPerform a lead role in forming internally generated solutions and training that are developed by the FS FT Banking capabilityAssist with goal development and coaching of staff to enable the growth of the junior management team within the FS FT practiceSupport the development of junior team members through formal training as well as informal coaching and mentoringExperience of analysis strategic and business drivers of Financial ServicesBroad knowledge of the Finance function and Finance operating modelsProgramme and project management experienceAccountancy qualification with strong post qualification experience or equivalent experience (optional)KPMG in the UK is part of a global network of firms that offers Audit, Legal, Tax and Advisory services.
