We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician in Bury, a key position-within a reputable, family-owned dealership that has been committed to delivering exceptional customer service across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Yorkshire since 2003.

Our client is seeking a dedicated individual who is committed to maintaining high standards of vehicle repair and servicing.

• Competitive salary of up to -34,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
• OTE of up to -39,000 inclusive of a nearly -5,000 bonus package
• Work Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays half days

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Accurately complete repair and service documentation
• Analyse diagnostic information and work orders to identify vehicle issues
• Support the implementation of industry best practices and company policies
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
• Ensure vehicles leave the workshop in optimal condition

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar-position
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• A passion for delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction
