Chef of all levels - Long and Short Term positions available We are seeking passionate and skilled Chefs to join our bank of Chefs across Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to top up your weekly hours/shifts or aid in your search for a new cheffing opportunity. We are an established Recruitment Agency supporting clients across the hospitality and Catering sector. Our clients include Pubs and Restaurants, Education and Care and Events Catering.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and run a designated section of the kitchenPrepare, cook, and present dishes to our exacting standardsEnsure all food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene regulationsCollaborate effectively with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth serviceAssist with menu development and seasonal dish creationMaintain cleanliness and organisation of your work area and equipmentEssential Requirements.Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent roleCulinary qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferredStrong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principlesExcellent knife skills and classical cooking techniquesAbility to work efficiently under pressure during peak service timesStrong communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical stamina for long shifts in a demanding kitchen environmentHours:
