A well-established service provider in South Yorkshire is looking for an experienced leader to oversee financial operations, governance, and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) management while directing a large team.Key Responsibilities:Financial Leadership: Oversee financial processes, including monthly accounting, treasury management, and corporate governance. Ensure compliance with regulations and optimise financial performance.Team Management: Lead multiple departments, including Credit Control, Billing, General Ledger, Indirect Taxes, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Payables, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.Risk and Compliance: Maintain control frameworks, procedural documentation, and audit engagement while driving continuous improvements in governance and risk management.SHEQ Oversight: Implement and uphold SHEQ policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure environmental and health and safety regulations are met.Required Experience and Qualifications:ACA preferred.
