Were on the lookout for a hands-on, people-focused Front of House Manager to lead the FOH crew and keep service running shipshape. Youll be the friendly face of the pub on shift

keeping things smooth, standards high, and both guests and team members happy.This is a key role in our management team, perfect for someone with solid hospitality experience, whos ready to step into a leadership position with plenty of responsibility and room to grow.What Youll Be DoingLeading and inspiring the FOH team day-to-dayCreating a calm, positive and professional atmosphere, even when were flat outRunning pre-service huddles and end-of-day close-downsEnsuring our pub looks its best

clean, tidy and welcomingHelping train new team members and develop existing onesCoordinating with the kitchen for smooth serviceTaking the lead on customer experience and handling feedback with careManaging rotas, stock levels and FOH suppliesMaking sure we stay on top of health and safety, licensing and compliancePlaying your part in keeping sales strong through great service and upselling where it fitsWhat Were Looking ForExperience in a similar role, ideally in a busy pub or restaurantNatural leadership and a genuine love for looking after peopleCalm, confident and organised, especially under pressureA sharp eye for detail and high standardsGreat with feedback
