We''ve partnered with a growing housing organisation who are seeking a permanent Financial Controller to play a central role in shaping and stabilising a newly restructured finance function during an important period of integration and growth.This is a senior leadership role within a values-led housing provider. You will lead the core finance team, strengthen financial controls and harmonise processes, while building a cohesive, high performing function that supports the wider organisation.Working closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership team, you will oversee day to day financial operations, reporting and governance across the group.
